The logo looks deceptively like an EU affair: blue and yellow colors, stars arranged in a circle. But its a scam: a fraudulent business scheme. It is very easy to overlook the small (vertical) print in their message (EBR):
The spam mails originate from “business-listing.info” with an interesting domain registration:
